ALI MILLS

Singer Songwriter

Ali Mills, a Southern California native raised in Malibu and longtime Los Angeles resident, first made her mark performing with several bands before embracing songwriting during the pandemic and embarking on a solo career. A dedicated mother, Mills brings a depth of meaning and resilience to her craft, pursuing music with unwavering passion. With the 2026 debut of her solo album, "Under The Bougainvillea", Ali showcases her songwriting craft with songs like “Canyon”, a stand out single and sun-drenched musical daydream about California. Mills’s sound, described by radio hosts as “Jenny Lewis meets Stevie Nicks,” roots itself in Folk-Americana but swells with full-bodied arrangements that expand the sonic landscape. The record features contributions from Jimmy Paxson (Stevie Nicks, Keith Urban), Joe Karnes (Fitz and the Tantrums), Dylan Salfer, Steve McCormick, and a cameo from her brother, Blake Mills. A familiar face on iconic stages such as Hotel Cafe, The Viper Room, The Roxy, and Whisky a Go Go, Mills has toured the West Coast and Midwest, winning over fans with passionate, dynamic performances that weave rock-and-roll licks with soft, vulnerable storytelling. As she continues to grow her following, Ali Mills is rapidly solidifying her presence in both the local and national music scenes.
