Shipping Policy

Dog + King Records ships physical products to customers in the United States and to select international destinations. Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on the items ordered and the destination.

Order Processing

Orders are processed as promptly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the product, availability, and fulfillment method.

Some products sold through Dog + King Records are stocked and shipped directly by us, while others may be produced or fulfilled by one of our manufacturing or fulfillment partners. Because of this, items within the same order may occasionally arrive in separate shipments.

Preorders

Products offered for preorder will ship when the product becomes available. Estimated release or shipping dates shown on a product page are provided in good faith but may change due to manufacturing, freight, production, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

If an order includes both in-stock and preorder merchandise, items may ship separately depending on the product and fulfillment method.

Vinyl, CDs, Merchandise and Other Physical Goods

We take reasonable care in preparing physical music releases and other merchandise for shipment. Packaging methods may vary depending on the product.

Certain merchandise, apparel, Hi-Fi equipment, vinyl releases, or other products may ship directly from the manufacturer or fulfillment partner responsible for that item.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on factors that may include destination, product type, package size, weight, and fulfillment location.

Shipping charges are separate from the purchase price unless specifically stated otherwise.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities.

These charges are not controlled by Dog + King Records and are generally not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated at checkout.

International shipments may also experience delays due to customs processing.

Delivery Times

Any estimated delivery dates provided during checkout or by a shipping carrier are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Once an order has been transferred to the applicable shipping carrier, transit times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or other customer-provided shipping information, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error in your shipping information. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

If an order arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact Dog + King Records with your order information and any relevant photographs or documentation.

We will review the situation and work with the applicable carrier, manufacturer, or fulfillment partner when appropriate.

Claims involving carrier loss or damage may be subject to the carrier's own investigation, documentation requirements, and claim deadlines.
